QR Code Link to This Post I purchased this new with the intention of keeping memories of my nieces as they grew up. I ended up moving away and have rarely used this excellent camera and have never used it to its abilities. I purchased only the best accessories that were available for the camera. I have only used it in the AUTO MODE that does everything for you with incredible results and the P mode that keeps the built-in flash down if you don't want a flash assisted picture. If you know more about all the options, then you'll I'm sure will have a blast and will capture some incredible pictures or videos for your UHDTV. I spent around $2500.00 for it all when I purchased it new.

The flash is a Nikon Speedlight SB600. It directly communicates with the camera to obtain the best lighting results regardless of how dark or bright the ambient conditions are. It has the ability to controlled via a computer and the flash can actually tilt at different angles to bounce the light off of the ceiling to prevent shadows... I think. Its only been used once for Christmas and a birthday.

The optional Nikon lens I ordered with it is the Nikon VR 18-105mm It's not like most of the factory lens that are only 18-55mm. It is great for close up details and zooming in from a distance. It does an excellent job with all normal shooting conditions that don't require a major zoom lens. If you do find yourself needing a big zoom lens then you'll have the highly rated Tamron 28-300mm lens to get the shot.

I also have the Nikon mini remote control so you can include yourself in the photo and not see you have the remote in your hand. Super easy to use since you can adjust your settings and not run back because of a countdown timer!

The camera went directly from the box to being fully protected with Quantaray Lens filters and the lenses have never been touched or exposed to anything!

The camera case is the best case money can buy. The camera is fully encapsulated by foam and can't move once the case is closed. The case is incredible! It is completely sealed from dust and is pressure sensitive and adjusts accordingly and is completely water proof plus it floats!
